Purchasing a Practice photo

There are many types of practice purchase structures with the most common consisting primarily of assets or stock -- but there are many others, too.

Beyond the type, the process by which the purchase is executed may include a full payment, partial cash down with financing or a seller note, complete seller financing, installment plans.. the list goes on and one.

In all of this financial discussion, its important not to forget the vital pieces of your evaulation and your due diligence, too -- including financial statements, staff information, payment and insurance information, clinical procedures performed analysis, office information (lease terms, conditions, renewal options), equipment lists and more.  All of these should be carefully examined so you know what you are buying.

Sound like a lot?  It is.  But with an ADS broker, you'll have an expert working with you so won’t have to go it alone.  We have transitioned practices for thirty years and through our experience and with the help of our nationwide partners have developed the processes to help you through your review of an office.
