Tom Smeed is founder and owner of Healthcare Practice Management, Inc., a firm specializing in Management Consulting, Associateship, Practice Valuation, Practice Transition and Practice Sale and Purchase. Healthcare Practice Management provides the business management skills, procedures, training and counseling that augment the doctor's professional skills. Tom has helped many doctors start and develop an outstanding practice, buy, sell and transition a dental practice, set up associateship arrangement as well as counsel them on their personal and career opportunities.
Tom Smeed is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a degree in business. For twenty years he worked for one of the largest dental suppliers, fourteen of those years as manager of one of their multi-million dollar offices. For the past thirty years, as owner of HCPM, he has helped many professionals define and reach their golas and expectations and improve their "Quality of Life."
He is a founding member and past president of American Dental Sales.
