Lisa Radman WhiteLisa is the managing partner, and also the current president, for Radman, White & Associates, inc. Lisa earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma in 1991. From there she went to work for the second largest privately held corporation in America managing a business unit exceeding $20 million yearly in revenue. After seven successful years in marketing, sales and financial analysis for a large corporation she put her experiences to work for Radman, White. She has assisted hundreds of both practicing endodontists and residents in the matters of securing associateships, buy/ins and buy/outs, valuation, and other transition issues. Lisa lectures extensively on “Life after Residency” to residents across the country at university venues. In her spare time she enjoys playing pickleball, water skiing, reading or spending time with her husband watching sports. Becoming a grandmother is the greatest blessing; LaLa is her favorite name. Enjoying her grandchildren she counts as her favorite pastime. Lisa is a two-time breast cancer survivor and she enjoys raising awareness and money for cancer prevention.
Keith D. White, CPAAs a self-professed perfectionist, Keith D. White graduated at the top of his class from the University of Oklahoma in 1991. After passing the uniform CPA exam on his first sitting and scoring within the top 3%, Keith began working at one of the “Big 4” accounting firms. After spending several years adding value to their operations, Keith decided to branch into the private industry to lead the finance departments of several large, publicly traded organizations. As a key player in several mergers and acquisitions, Keith assisted with financing, tax planning, and the overall transition process. Keith joined Radman, White & Associates in 2003, and has since developed an appraisal methodology and a software program modeled exclusively for endodontic practice transitions. With his extensive accounting background, Keith focuses on streamlining deals and foreseeing potential pitfalls and opportunities for his clients. Keith’s passion is golf and traveling to play new golf courses is always of interest. Keith also enjoys his family, which includes his wife, children and grandchildren.
Charla VincentCharla is typically our first point of contact for new clients. Charla works with purchasers to provide them with information about our listings while also communicating with our clients to successfully market their practices. Charla coordinates visits and does a little of everything at Radman, White. Charla raised two successful children while moving all over the world, as her husband served in the military for 20+ years. Charla tells him, “you can’t fly this plane, like you used to fly the last one.” Charla’s daughter graduated from University of North Texas, is teaching middle school biology and she and her husband have a son, Charla’s first grandson. Her son graduated from Texas A&M and his wife is attending Texas A&M Dental School, Whoop! Charla’s son now serves in the USAF. Charla’s dog, Sadie is spoiled beyond reason. Charla loves to create delicious treats in the kitchen, and feels she is blessed beyond measure.
W. Paul Radman, DDSDr. Paul Radman, DDS, practiced endodontics in Dallas for 39 years. During this time, Dr. Radman also served on the faculty of three schools, lecturing extensively on clinical endodontics and different business issues tied to practicing. Before he retired from his private practice in 1998, Dr. Radman established a consulting firm, W. Paul Radman and Associates, Inc., which later became Radman, White & Associates. Unlike other consulting firms, which may or may not treat private clients with the respect that they deserve, Radman, White & Associates focuses on understanding the specific needs of your endodontic practice and providing honest, helpful information while working through the transitions to ensure that they are mutually beneficial.
