Well established single-dentist practice with staff of 9 (6 full-time) using six treatment rooms located in a bedroom community near Champaign-Urbana Illinois.  Within the county we have several full time dentists practicing and doing well.  My busy office is downtown with plenty of parking. We use twelve computers, six wall mounted x-ray units and a panorex, (Dentrix and Dexis).  Despite keeping our fees at the low end we grossed $931,000 in 2023. This prosperous county in the heart of prime farmland is centrally located between Chicago, Indianapolis, and St. Louis. Despite this community being considered rural, the University of Illinois is nearby.  Several University coaches, professors and staff make their home here as our school system is consistently academically ranked in the top 10% statewide. The school boasts competitive sports and music programs as well. All school facilities were recently upgraded.   Our taxes are relatively low, and the town is growing. The county population is small,  but we draw patients from surrounding towns, including Champaign-Urbana.  The temperament here is formed by strong sense of family and community.  We have excellent healthcare access, all of the usual service clubs, and soon our Habitat for Humanity will dedicate our latest home.   I am willing to work with you to transition with both the practice and building.
